Tired eyes can make a problem for your activities. Make sure that you will not let this happened again. Sometimes, we forget to make an exercise for our eyes, although eye exercises can also prevent wrinkle and eye bags. Do this exercise below for your eyes about 5 – 10 times a day to make your eyes keep healthy and beautiful:
- Keep your head straight looking up to the front of you. Then point your look up to the roof, then look down to the floor. Try to do these eyes move slowly.
- Move you eye ball to the left and to the right. Try it like you want to see your ears.
- Move your eye ball up, hold it. Then move it to the left up and right up.
- Move your eye ball down/bottom side of your eye, hold it. Then move it to the left bottom and right bottom.
- Move your eye ball up and down at the opposite corner (diagonal). For example, start from the right top corner then down to the left bottom corner of your eyes. Then move it again start from the right bottom corner to the left top corner of your eyes.
- Move your eye ball around by clockwise and then move it again with an opposite direction (against clockwise). When you will change the direction, stop the move for a while and close your eyes. Do this eye closed for 5 – 10 seconds.
Don’t forget to clap your hands until they feel warm and put your each hand on your eye lid for about 2.5 minutes, before and after you did your eye exercise.
