THE RIGHT DIET FOR SOMEONE WITH A MAAG PROBLEM
Some people think that diet is a way of reducing food that we eat everyday, even the worse is they didn’t eat at all in a periodically times. Well… that’s a wrong kind of diet! It is not even called a diet.
Diet on a medically dictionary means are the food that we eat with the right way to get a healthy body. So, for that, even someone on a diet program on people whom has a stomach (maag) problem, should be having meal on time with balance nutrition. Keep trying not to empty your stomach and always do exercise like aerobic or walking around for a half hour every day.
You don’t have to be worry when you often to eat in a day, that usually suggested to someone with a maag problem, will make you fat. Because, if we having meals 5 until 6 times a day with a small portion will make the food easier to proceed in our stomach rather than we eat 3 times a day with a normal portions. Adding the frequency of eating in a day is important for someone with a maag problem because they often to feel loathe and it makes them can not eat in a big portion. It will also prevent the maag on working too hard.
If you really wish to reduce your weight, it will be better if you do that step by step. We can gain an ideal body’s weight on some steps. First, we try to loose our weight around 5% until 10% of our current weight, for example is around 4 until 9 kg. When you have done with it, then you can make a new target with the same amount of loosing weight. Cause of that, you don’t need any slimming drugs. It can influence the production of digestion hormone in our stomach.
There are some foods that you should not be eaten. Those foods are:
# Spicy foods, like Indian foods, Middle East Foods and other foods that using much of black paper.
# Sour fruits that also contain much of gas, like bitter orange, pineapple, guava, rose apple, durian, jack fruit.
# Vegetables that also contain gas, like radish, raw vegetables, mustard, soybean, cabbage, etc.
# Fried snacks, especially tuber and cassava.
# Aspirin and Remattic drugs. It will cause maag irritation.
For other kind of foods that we should not be eaten, it depends on each person. The ability, sensitivity and the limit from each person are different. Even it is not that difficult to do diet for someone with a problem with their maag, it will be better if they consult to the doctor first. So, they can know about how much calories they need to get to reach the loosing weight target.
Healthy and Safe Menu for a Diet:
Breakfast (7 am) : # 1 peace of toasted bread + jam (or low fat cheese)
# 1 glass of milk
Or
# 5 spoons steamed rice (10 spoons of chicken porridge)
# 1 boiled egg
# 1 bowl of carrot soup
# Tea without sugar
Morning Snack (10 am) : # 1 peace of toasted macaroni with a little bit meat
# 1 glass of melon juice
Lunch (1 pm) : # 5 spoons of steam rice
# 1 bowl of chicken soup and carrot
# 150 gram of papaya
Or
# 1 slice of steam meat
# 1 bowl of spinach
# 1 glass of papaya juice without sugar
Afternoon snack (4 pm) : 4 pieces of crackers
Dinner (7 pm) : # 4 spoons of steam rice
# 2 slices of steam meat
# 1 bowl of stir-fry squash
# 150 gram watermelon
Or
# 1 bowl of chicken soup
# 1 bowl of stir-fry squash with tomato
# 1 piece of banana
Note : We can change the time to eat as long as the time intervals are 2 until 3 hours each.
