Didn’t you notice that foot is a part of our body that we almost forget to give our attention with? Even though they take us for almost miles everyday, we just let them isolated, covered, be tired and hardly to breathe…


Here some steps that we can do to make our feet healthy, fresh, revitalizing and always young:

#Keep your feet in salty warm water for a half hour after doing a whole day activities.

# Brush your feet with scrub about 2 times in a week to loose the dry and harden skin, also the dark spots that usually appears on the knees.

# Pour a little bit deodorizing talc into your feet every morning, before we start doing our activities, to prevent a bad smell.

# Massage your feet a little with a foot cream that contain mint to revitalize your feet’s skin.

# Do not forget to clean and cut the feet’s nails in a periodically times.

# Do not forget to use hand and body lotion or body cream to make your skin moist n smooth every day.
